The Focal Alpha 65 Active 2-Way Near Field Professional Monitoring Speaker features a 6.5" (16.5cm) woofer with a polyglass cone and a 1" (25mm) aluminum inverted dome tweeter. It also features a large laminar port, a 20W amplifier for the tweeter, 70W amplifier for the woofer, and has a frequency response of 40 Hz to 22 kHz (+/- 3 dB).
The Alpha 65 performs well with instrumental music as well as electronic music, and is characterized by its versatility. It is equipped with XLR balanced and RCA unbalanced inputs for flexibility, and has adjustable low- and high-frequency shelving controls to compensate for acoustical deficiencies in your listening environment.
